Our youth soccer jerseys came out great! I searched around for a quicker or cheaper option, and couldn’t beat Resto…but the ease of ordering is the real value. (It’s also really fun. Haha.) John Makary was so awesome, quick to respond, and made my job super easy. Uniforms arrived about a month after ordering, which was exactly what was estimated. Can’t recommend enough!

Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable and Zero AccountabilityOur experience with Resto Athletics was nothing short of a disaster. Kelly, our sales rep, assured us multiple times that our team’s custom jerseys and shorts would be produced and delivered within 3 weeks—well in time for our one-time basketball tournament which was the only reason for this order. Even up to two days before they were due, Kelly continued to confirm that everything was on track.That turned out to be a complete lie. The jerseys weren’t even shipped until a day before we were supposed to receive them—and to make matters worse, they were sent from the Dominican Republic. There was absolutely no way they could arrive on time, leaving us scrambling at the last minute to find replacement uniforms the morning we were leaving for the tournament.Kelly at least responded and promised to “make it right,” but Resto’s customer service never replied to any emails—not a single one. When we followed up after the tournament, expecting some form of real resolution, Resto instead blamed FedEx and offered a laughable $150 credit on a future order. The reality? The shipping label was created just one day before the jerseys were due, proving they never had a plan to get them to us on time. After researching, overnight shipping from the Dominican Republic to Indiana for a package that size costs over $450—zero chance Resto planned to ship these that way, and simply screwed up and blaming FedEx.Resto Athletics completely failed to deliver on their promises, misled us throughout the process, and then refused to take accountability. If you need a company that actually stands behind their commitments, look elsewhere. TOO MANY other better options in this industry.

Great quality, especially for the price. And my project manager Martin was very helpful through the whole process. Helping me with all the changes I needed. Even after sending in the final roster and getting the invoice already, he helped me add another player and make a bunch of design changes for me very quickly. Also stayed true to their word, all 13 of my jerseys arrived exactly 1 week after paying the invoice as promised. If I ever need jerseys for a team again in the future, I know where I’m going.

This place saved us from the horrific uniforms we originally bought with another company. The communication was awesome, quick shipping, and great customer service. This is the second season I used RESTO for supplemental team gear, as our baseball league in Cedar Park, TX has been using RESTO for jerseys for approximately 100 teams in our league the past several years. I recently ordered the sublimated 2-way stretch youth soccer jerseys from Resto Athletic and the coach, team and parents couldn't be happier with the custom order! I worked with Judah Starkey and he was amazing! He is the type of sales rep you want to work with! He was very attentive and communicated whenever I had a question or design adjustment. The design team was also very quick to respond and had mockups and adjustments made by the next day, even on a weekend to my surprise. They were able to work with the visuals I had supplied and created the exact design, down to the exact Pantone color requested. The material is breathable and true to size of kid's regular clothing (if you plan to wear the uniform for the next year or season, I would order a size up).Dealing with Judah was great. I felt no pressure, even when I had to pause for a week or so between our initial communication, as I was waiting on Coach to decide on the vendor we were going to go with. It was such an easy process. I ordered 38 jerseys (for players, parents, and siblings) and paid a deposit on June 21 (after the design was approved). I received my order on July 3. I had 2 size mixups, but Judah quickly resolved the issue and sent me new corrected jerseys.Part of the reason why I didn't give a full 5 stars: Being that production/manufacturing takes place outside of the US, I was nervous about the quality. Some of the necklines are sewn a little wonky (maybe about 6 on the kid's jerseys only), but I think I may be the only one to notice because I'm a Visual Designer. In all, the material is great. The color is great. The quality is great. I would only change a few details of how I communicate the design on the production side. I had requested three-stripes going down on the side of the shoulders (typical of how soccer jerseys look) and didn't realize the middle stripe had to be printed wider because that is where a sewing seam was. Their design team did adjust for that. But while not exactly perfect on each jersey, I learned that I needed to communicate to make sure the stripe didn't fall on the sewing line (that is more on the production side). We could have adjusted that by moving the stripes down towards the front a bit. The Coaches and parents, even my husband, didn't seem to notice but because it's a bit in my profession, it's just in my nature to notice and I think that’s a quick fix/adjustment for future orders. So not entirely a con, it’s a learning opportunity. The final product is still great. The girls and team get so many compliments. We will use them again for our next order.

I truly can not say enough good things about this company. they were very professional and have a great team behind them. Leigh was my sales representative and she worked with me every step of the way. She was always understanding and worked extremely hard to make sure I was satisfied with the material and design of the jersey. Even through last minute changes and a complete redesign of the jerseys i was never turned away or was made felt bad. As soon as the jerseys shipped from the warehouse I got my tracking number and shipping was smooth. When I received my jerseys I felt in love with the final product. the material is high quality and they look clean. I had such a GREAT experience with Resto. I wanted 2 jerseys and a pair of pinstriped pants. I reached out to Resto and was put in touch with Theresa. Theresa was AWESOME! She was always available and made sure the uniform was exactly what I wanted before moving forward. Once the design was finalized, we had our order in less than 3 weeks. The quality of jerseys are really great, but I was so impressed with the quality of the pants. After receiving our initial order, I immediately placed another order for a 3rd jersey with our alternate color scheme, which arrived in 2 weeks time. The boys love the uniforms too and that makes it that much better. I subscribe to the “Look good. Feel good. Play good.” mentality and Resto definitely delivered. I will not be using any other company for future uniform orders, and I won’t contact anyone but Theresa with Resto, as she made this whole process super easy. The shipping label was created just one day before the jerseys were due, proving they never had a plan to get them to us on time. After researching, overnight shipping from the Dominican Republic to Indiana for a package that size costs over $450—zero chance Resto planned to ship these that way, and simply screwed up and blaming FedEx.Resto Athletics completely failed to deliver on their promises, misled us throughout the process, and then refused to take accountability. If you need a company that actually stands behind their commitments, look elsewhere. TOO MANY other better options in this industry.

Great quality, especially for the price. And my project manager Martin was very helpful through the whole process. Helping me with all the changes I needed. Even after sending in the final roster and getting the invoice already, he helped me add another player and make a bunch of design changes for me very quickly. Also stayed true to their word, all 13 of my jerseys arrived exactly 1 week after paying the invoice as promised. If I ever need jerseys for a team again in the future, I know where I’m going.

This place saved us from the horrific uniforms we originally bought with another company. The communication was awesome, quick shipping, and great customer service. This is the second season I used RESTO for supplemental team gear, as our baseball league in Cedar Park, TX has been using RESTO for jerseys for approximately 100 teams in our league the past several years. I recently ordered the sublimated 2-way stretch youth soccer jerseys from Resto Athletic and the coach, team and parents couldn't be happier with the custom order! I worked with Judah Starkey and he was amazing! He is the type of sales rep you want to work with! He was very attentive and communicated whenever I had a question or design adjustment. The design team was also very quick to respond and had mockups and adjustments made by the next day, even on a weekend to my surprise. They were able to work with the visuals I had supplied and created the exact design, down to the exact Pantone color requested. The material is breathable and true to size of kid's regular clothing (if you plan to wear the uniform for the next year or season, I would order a size up).Dealing with Judah was great. I felt no pressure, even when I had to pause for a week or so between our initial communication, as I was waiting on Coach to decide on the vendor we were going to go with. It was such an easy process. I ordered 38 jerseys (for players, parents, and siblings) and paid a deposit on June 21 (after the design was approved). I received my order on July 3. I had 2 size mixups, but Judah quickly resolved the issue and sent me new corrected jerseys.Part of the reason why I didn't give a full 5 stars: Being that production/manufacturing takes place outside of the US, I was nervous about the quality. Some of the necklines are sewn a little wonky (maybe about 6 on the kid's jerseys only), but I think I may be the only one to notice because I'm a Visual Designer. In all, the material is great. The color is great. The quality is great. I would only change a few details of how I communicate the design on the production side. I had requested three-stripes going down on the side of the shoulders (typical of how soccer jerseys look) and didn't realize the middle stripe had to be printed wider because that is where a sewing seam was. Their design team did adjust for that. But while not exactly perfect on each jersey, I learned that I needed to communicate to make sure the stripe didn't fall on the sewing line (that is more on the production side). We could have adjusted that by moving the stripes down towards the front a bit. The Coaches and parents, even my husband, didn't seem to notice but because it's a bit in my profession, it's just in my nature to notice and I think that’s a quick fix/adjustment for future orders. So not entirely a con, it’s a learning opportunity. The final product is still great. The girls and team get so many compliments. We will use them again for our next order.

I truly can not say enough good things about this company. they were very professional and have a great team behind them. Leigh was my sales representative and she worked with me every step of the way. She was always understanding and worked extremely hard to make sure I was satisfied with the material and design of the jersey. Even through last minute changes and a complete redesign of the jerseys i was never turned away or was made felt bad. As soon as the jerseys shipped from the warehouse I got my tracking number and shipping was smooth. When I received my jerseys I felt in love with the final product. the material is high quality and they look clean. I had such a GREAT experience with Resto. I wanted 2 jerseys and a pair of pinstriped pants. I reached out to Resto and was put in touch with Theresa. Theresa was AWESOME! She was always available and made sure the uniform was exactly what I wanted before moving forward. Once the design was finalized, we had our order in less than 3 weeks. The quality of jerseys are really great, but I was so impressed with the quality of the pants. After receiving our initial order, I immediately placed another order for a 3rd jersey with our alternate color scheme, which arrived in 2 weeks time. The boys love the uniforms too and that makes it that much better. I subscribe to the “Look good. Feel good. Play good.” mentality and Resto definitely delivered. I will not be using any other company for future uniform orders, and I won’t contact anyone but Theresa with Resto, as she made this whole process super easy.
